Boy, what a blizzard! But the storm has passed and the sun is actually trying to shine this morning. Everything is closed including the banks, so you know it was bad. We've been snug in our home, enjoying homemade soup, hot chocolate, and popcorn. Thankfully we didn't lose power although it went off seve

ral times - enough to require resetting every clock - and came right back on

Here's what we woke up to this morning after a night of very strong winds with gusts over 50 mph. First from our front window, then through the front door.

Here's a view of the back yard and our kind neighbor trying to clear our drive. Drifts are several feet high.

I think I'll go build a snowman!
